Climats takes part in the adventure between Airbus (Toulouse) and OneWeb (United States).

France 3 (National French TV news) has been able to access the Unique factory in the world located in Toulouse where it is planned to manufacture satellites in an almost automated way.

900 satellites will be sent into space to cover the Earth and distribute broadband Internet around the world. VISUALIZE THE REPORT HERE

For engineers, this is the last straight line before it goes into orbit. Here, we test communications with the Earth. Here, we test the operation of the satellite in climates enclosures (enclosures at 0°C, temperature in space). The satellites will be sent about 1,000 km above the ground to provide high-speed Internet access around the globe. The full service will be available in 2027.

 In its commitment to always meet better the expectations of its customers, CLIMATS moves on the 08 of July 2019 on Martillac (France), in a new building of 10,000 m².

The industrial grouping of the three companies of the Schunk group already established in Gironde, allows to create a synergy between them.

Moving all of its activities into a building twice its current size allows Climats to increase its production capacity.

These new premises, located in the heart of a dynamic Gironde technology park, will house a factory of 8,000m², 2,000m² of offices, 135 people and new production tools to absorb significant growth in turnover.
