Guillaume celebrates his 3 years at Climats !

Guillaume joined Climats three years ago as the Sales Engineer for Ile de France -North Region (FRANCE).

For this occasion, we interviewed him to learn more about his job, his missions and his prospects for evolution within our company.

Guillaume celebrates his 3 years at Climats !

 

Guillaume joined Climats three years ago as the Sales Engineer for Ile de France -North Region (FRANCE).

For this occasion, we interviewed him to learn more about his job, his missions and his prospects for evolution within our company.

➭ What is your experience ?

“After engineering studies and experiences in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry during more than 10 years, then a commercial engineer position in the sale of scientific equipment and instruments for laboratory and industry during more than 5 years, I am currently sales manager for the Île de France - North region (France) within the Climats company for more than 3 years.”

➭ What is your role at Climats since your arrival ? 

“My main missions are to develop the sales strategy and deploy it in the field, to support customers in the definition of needs and to propose the appropriate testing solutions (from standard to specific development), to negotiate with decision-makers and final buyers.

But also, to write offers for standard and specific equipment, and coordinate project monitoring and technical progress meetings. Finally, to provide the interface between the customer and the factory, from preliminary projects to qualification tests on the customer's site.”

➭ How do you see your future at Climats ?

“Climats remains a company on a human scale, based on the strength of a large industrial group. For more than 45 years, Climats has always been able to develop the skills of its employees according to their common objectives. So why not become the sales manager of a business unit in the medium term.”
