Are you looking for a test method allowing a large quantity of products to be treated under high thermal stresses ? Climats brings you the solution by offering you Fast Change Rate (ESS) equipment. This equipment has the latest technologies for regulating and controlling energy consumption. Fast Change Rate (ESS) chambers are capable of adapting to a multitude of temperature and humidity tests.

Thanks to this equipment, you optimize your costs while gaining in reliability.

 

These environmental chamber volume range less than 3 m³ E1 Type allow you to check the reliability of on-board electronic components such as :

  • electronic cards, 
  • automotive, aeronautical and defense computers.

This equipment also makes it possible to process large quantities of parts (several tens of kilos of products) on the same cycle.
The Fast Change Rate (ESS) mode is used to manage very fast or very slow ramps. For example, average speed of 20°C/min for tests of +90°C / -55°C.
During temperature tests, your equipment can dissipate a lot of energy and Climats equipment will allow you to be as close as possible to the conditions of your products.
